I'm 157lbs 36e in bra and I ordered large.the bottom is not tight it fits just right it has a little stretch and the top fits well it has a lot of stretch.I'm usually a medium so the medium would fit a little closer but the large looks really good on me,so if your a medium and u like your clothes fitting tight get the medium if you want a little wiggle room get the large.if you have a very big bum get the x large.
