Hard to tell but this dress is ruched top to bottom. Very cute color is true to photograph. Only issue: if you have East to West breast issues be careful. With the wrong bra your boobs look like they are hulking their way out of the dress. Other wise great fit true to size even for those of us with curves in every direction.
