I was told Fashion Nova is good for people with small waists and I ordered these in XS and lost my mind. I've never found a pair of leggings that fit me so well. I had to get a second pair as a backup. I'm 5'2", 105 lbs and I have a 23" waist and 35" hips. These fit like a GLOVE. Also the ribbing is cool and the material is really nice and not cheap or thin.
