This skirt is sooo cute!!! It is high waisted and type short. I originally purchased a size medium which I thought was too short (personally) so I used that one as a cover up for the beach and then I purchased a Large and it fits great!!! The only thing I wish was different was for the short part to not be see though!! I am a size 9 in pants, 5’2 and purchased a Large!
