I got these for my mom and she loves them. They go all the way up because it has good stretch.

I ordered these boots plus 1 other pair & instead I received 2 XS clothes items that I did not order..then I had to resend the incorrect items back just to get store credit & none of my items bc both items were then SOLD OUT so yes i give this the worse item rating and bad customer service I’ve ever encountered.
