I ordered a large I’m 5’2 and between 170-180.The skirt fits. The waist does not stretch but the item looks exactly like the picture. The fabric is perfect not super thick or thin. You would def need to wear shorts underneath or tights because the back rides up a bit bit over nice purchase.The skirt is lined but will need a pressing to get the pleats
