Sized up based on reviews indicating 'no stretch' - However, I'm 134lbs and a "27 in Waist and "36in Hips...so the "Medium" was perfect. Fabric is quality and the details were great. Be mindful that the snap pockets on hips are 'faux' - the don't snap, kinda flap so I used sewing tape to keep the flat. But overall, this skirt is really gorgeous, received lots of compliments.
