Can't lift arms

Dress is super cute. But once you get everything in place you can't lift your arms or the whole off the shoulder thing becomes a turtle neck. I have a pretty big bust and it even has the sticky plastic lining the entire collar of the dress, but even this doesn't quite hold the top of the dress in place. I recommend safety pinning the shoulder collar to the sleeves for a more put together look. Love the thumb holes in the sleeves. Super soft material.
