It’s like a fish scale material and just looks cheap to me.

It was a last minute costume bc everything was sold out but let me just say.. it was such a struggle being in this costume on Halloween. The head piece kept falling and was so tiny, the material was so thin and the boob part is not big boob friendly. I can go on and on but no! I did not like this costume at all I just had no choice.
