I measured my waist before purchasing them, It was a little large around my waist so I had to wear a belt. I purchased this to wear to school and the rip it has on the right leg is really bad. It's too high above the knee and you can see the pocket through the rip, sometimes you can see your underwear through the rip as well. The jeans were a little baggy as well. They were comfortable though, I'll be returning them.

Man I love my jeans. I always read reviews and then order based off others. No disappointments here. True to size. Not loose. Not tight.
