Color not as pictured and waist is loose

I have bought from FN for years now and it stinks that in my last order BOTH jeans are not as pictured. These jeans are much darker than the picture and have a very yellow seam. The waist to hip ratio is WHY i used to buy FN but I have a huge gap in the waist with these pants.
