Good material but runs small

This is a beautiful blouse but it does run small. I am 5’7 with 38DD and the blouse stopped right under my boobs. It is a really stretchy material but does not fit on me the way it looks on the models. Perhaps it would have looked nicer if my boobs were smaller.
