Cheap drawstring to pull bust together that creates a pouch bust area. When cups pulled down to fit bust it leaves a weird waist bunch that looks like they attempted a ruched area that puckers up. Too lovely to be so ineffectively designed. Plain light linen like cotton. No flair. No you can't wear this to a summer wedding. Wear to run evening errands
