I'm 5'5, 105lbs, 32D, 26in waist, 34in hips and I got my usual XS. It fits tight like it is supposed to, but it makes my already small butt look completely flat. I'm keeping it for the future when I hopefully work out some glutes enough to make this look sexy on me. The quality is decent, but there is not much stretch, so if you're in between sizes, I'd say go up one.
