For me it ran big I should have got XS but it's cute if styled right! I think arms cuffs are too big and unflattering. Give it try if you know how to style clothes.

runs BIG n thick material butttttt.....

I ordered this blouse a size smaller due to reviews. I'm usually a 1x but did an XL. The sleeves are big and the blouse is a little boxy. I wear a US 14/16. I think I could have gotten away with a large tho and I have big arms n .it's still big. I like the back of the shirt it has moon shaped stitch and I love the material. it's really a high quality shirt. I'd suggest two sizes down.
