I am 5' 3" weigh 140lbs. My measurements are 34D chest, 28 inch waist and 37 inch hips. The small are WAY too small. I read reviews and thought I should size down. I wish I had gone with my better instinct and just got a medium. These look so great on me BUT they are SO tight they literally hurt. I recommend everyone go your size or a size up for sure, depending on what type of fit you want. The waist is a bit customizable because of the style of the top of them. The fabric is NOT stretchy really at all. I got some cotton and velvet high waisted pants from forever 21 and those fit me way better, cotton ones in a size small and the velvet ones in a medium from reading reviews.
