It’s a normal quality. Don’t but this for a wedding. This was one of my options for my reception dress however it’s not a good or decent quality for wedding purposes.

I ordered a size smaller because I have read that some of the dresses here runs large, but because my big boobs and waist it did not fit me, so I just ordered a Medium size, and I'm pretty sure is going to fit me perfectly. For the reference im 5.3" tall and 142lb, and my bra size is D. Other than that im in love with the dress, it has some glitter, and looks cutter in person.
