First off, I sized up because of my DDD'S from my usual size of 2x to a 3x. The blazer fits over my girls but it's wide over the hips has a tight fit on the arms and snug at the button closure. the material feels kind of plastic rather then the normal pu faux leather and looks like aluminum foil. It's lined with a white satin and seems to be made ok except for the arms. This one wasn't a good piece for me but that's just my taste. If your looking for a unique piece then get it. the arm length is longer on me and it glides over my bum. I wouldn't say it's true to size because if I purchased my usual size of 2x the arms would have been a straight no way. for reference I'm 5'3 48-40-49 198lb
