The dress does run small up top. The only flaw is the zipper it is extremely hard to zip took two people to get me in the dress. I measure 36 32 44 and 165lbs I typically wear medium. I got the medium and it was tight but I served!!!!

I really wanted to love this dress. I wanted it to be “the one” for a party I’m going to but it sadly was not. The pattern didn’t line up- which made the dress look cheap. It’s also a very thick material up top. Just didn’t work for me at all.
