I bought this skirt for my birthday. It fit very well and is cute. I was hoping it would be completely “full” given how it’s displayed in the picture fluffy on the model. But when I saw the skirt it was some spots that were not filled in with feathers and it displayed the see through fabric underneath. I tried fluffing the skirt to hide it, but it did not really help. It was almost like a feather boa/feather scarf was just wrapped around it and missed some areas. Also, I would suggest wearing something under the skirt cause it can be scratchy with the ends of the feathers prickling through the skirt.
