I got a medium which was a little tight around the stomach area which caused it to roll down at times, the thong part was really long so I would have to pull these up pretty high to try to get it to fit better. . . it didn't work and getting a large for a looser fit around the belly just wouldn't do anything. I did find a single pair of something similar to these for $10 which was wayyyyyy better
