I'm 5'4" / 153 lbs, run between M and L, I chose L based on size chart. This dress is comfortable and a beautiful colour. The fabric is not lined, it's a bit thin (so spanx required), and a bit of a raw hem... so quality not 100% so it gets docked a point. However, it still looks great on. I may have been able to do a M because of the open back/ halter (so depends if you want looser or tighter)
