I'm 5'6, 160 36DD and weight is in my lower body, I purchased a Large because the reviews said it ran small, I'm normally a Medium. It has limited stretch. I was not disappointed with this outfit. I was happy to have pockets in the front. I wore this to church with a blazer because the top is cropped in the back.
