5’6” 180/ 185 lbs. This dress is really nice, decent quality. Material is somewhat of a layered mesh type material. Very flattering, but the mid section front and back are loose. The zipper was bending and pocking out in the back a little. Not a problem if you have long hair to cover it. You can size down, but then the sleeves would probably be short and the length as well. My suggestion, order your size and have it taken in at the waist.
