Nice and comfortable

The dress could not zip up from my mid-back. it is a lovely dress but for the style it is a SHAM!! It was squeezed into a little bag and it was all rumpled and I needed to wear it to a gig a day after I received the clothes. It is very disappointing and it spoilt the beauty of the dress as it needs to be taken to the dry cleaner to get it back in shape, FASHIONNOVA needs to do better with their packaging!! Very poor, as a first time customer I am not impressed with the appearance of the expensive formal dresses.
