Difficult to get on and off

Ordered a small in error and it is very tight. I'm usually a small but with these FN double lined dresses a usually go with medium for a comfortable fit. I gave it to my daughter who is a size smaller and it fits very well. For reference I'm 5'1 120lbs 32DDD 30 waist 38hip.
