Who did this?.. why the tule train..or should I say a disaster... I bought this thinking I could have the tule removed..yall...the tule is attached to the butt Crack area AND the waist. Its a shame.. it does not have strech and I have a short torso, so it was baggy in the crotch area..I could not see how it fit in the back because of the big disaster..but it felt big and baggy.. it's a shame..because I thought it had potential.. no.. no.. I wouldn't wear this for a wedding because all of that material cannot be removed. Don't wast your coin.. let this one blow in the wind..out the window.. or whatever.. a hot mess
