I’m 118 lbs , 5’4 and 32 bust size and ordered the small , it’s a tight fit on the body when it comes to length of the body suit , but is the right fit for my size and I wouldn’t have wanted to size up, but if you’re between sizes, I’d recommend sizing up. Perfect for my costume but likely wouldn’t hold up for more than a couple of wears
