Fit nice

Buyers beware! I made a return a month ago and they have yet to issue a refund! They are giving me the go around via email and are refusing to let me speak to anyone on the phone. Every time I call during regular business hours I get the call service. I continually ask to speak to someone on the phone and their response is they have a large call volume. I have given them all the information i can give them and they are refusing to do anything to help me. Horrible costumer service! How do you refuse to let me speak with anyone after a month of the go around?! So disappointed! @fashionnova
