The fabric is just so uncomfortable, it’s very itchy and not a lot is stretch to it.

The fit is true to size and not a lot of stretch. I am around 5'4, 140lbs, and 34DD and the sweater fits me almost like a cropped sweater - which falls right above my belly button! The sleeves are a perfect length and the sweater itself is very comfortable and simple but stylish. I bought a size medium and would definitely recommend.
