I was super excited for this jacket to arrive but when it arrived it was a green knitted turtle neck sweater and NOT the jacket pictured. I contacted customer service via email and they told me to purchase a return shipping label to return the item and they will give me a credit... instead of a refund. So not only were they not even willing to send the original item that should have been sent, they wouldn’t even give me an actual refund! Only a credit which was also pointless because by this time the jacket was also no longer available! They were willing to reimburse me for the shipping but I’m still completely confused as to why I would have to come out of pocket for anything at any given time when they were the ones who sent the wrong item! And when I finally did cave and went to print off a shipping label something was wrong with the website and it couldn’t find my order to print off the correct shipping label. Therefore, I contacted customer service again and they stated that I would just have to find another way to return the item! At this point I’m having to go through way too much to return something that I NEVER ordered in the first place. I’m moving to Florida at the end of the month so I have absolutely no use for the sweater, given my current sweater collection I already have. At this point I am just going to throw the sweater out. Bottom line, AWFUL customer service. Fashion nova and ASOS are usually my go to when shopping, never getting anything from here again after that stunt. When I order from ASOS they actually provide a return shipping label for free when they send the order, in the case that you want to return the item or not and offer a full refund; no hassle at all. Take notes.
