I wore this for my baby shower and I am in my third trimester. It was a beautiful fit and very comfortable. The length is true to size and it did reach the floor (I'm 5'7). My only problem was that you might want to detach the sleeves or they'll detach for you. I am wearing this dress for my next pregnancy!
