These shoes are so cute but run much too big. I always read the reviews and most said they are true to size. I got a bad pair or something. Pretty bummed out because I can't exchange them either, because they were a "final sale" item. I don't want a refund, I would just like something else I can actually wear. so ... I have a pair of shoes I can't wear at all. So, if you are buying, get a whole size down, UNLESS, like I said I got a bad pair.

Look even better in person. It’s a definite yes to the boot.
