I’m a 38 but purchased a 40 if you’re bigger I’d recommend size up and If you’re skinny go down a size

These jeans are straight fit. I’m a size 34 waist with an athletic build and I could not get the jeans halfway up my thighs. They look real good tho, but buy up a size. And they are final order so I you won’t be able to return them.
