I'm actually awaiting customer bservice to contact me concerning a pending issue regarding my item, However I will review what based on the current circumstance and will possibly update at a later time if my issue is properly resolved. Ive loooved the shoes the moment I saw them and HAD to have them. When they arrived I was even more excited and anxious to wear them the next day. But when I tried them on, one shoe fit waaay larger than the other. Like it was wider. So disappointed because I couldn't even TRY to pass it off. The shoe was so noticeably large you could see the space between my ankle and the shoe on that one foot. The sizes "stated" the same for both shoes but one seemed wider for a NUMBER of reasons I could imagine. Typically I wear 9 to 9.5 regular but in fashion nova shoes I order 10 since 9.5 isn't offered and they fit perfect....except this particular situation I rated them 3 stars for Product Issue/ Seller Error, which I've never had. At least not this type issue outside of general issues like ssize, cut or fit or style. Other than those I'm always happy and would other wise it be 5 stars like usual. Hopefully I'll hear back soon and that this helps someone.
