I love this dress. I'm 5'4 150lbs and wear a 6 in bottoms and medium in tops but I always purchase dresses in a small for a snug, fitted look to accentuate my curves. The material is very good and has lots of stretch therefore I feel it may run a bit large if you get in your normal size. I was so happy with it that I purchased the white and purple one as well. Plus I got them on a flash sale.
