Absolutely no stretch around hip and thigh area. I could not even get it past my hips. Beware if you got a big butt and hips you may need to size up. I was going to order a size up but i don’t think i will because im afraid it wont be loose enough either. It looks like it would have been cute tho, the fringe at the bottom is super cute.
