The carrier that FashionNova uses forged my signature and stole my package. They claim to have delivered it to my house but none of my ring cameras ever registered the truck even approaching my house. Now when I try to get a refund, neither fashion nova or the carrier are taking responsibility. They basically stole my money/product. I’d think twice about buying from here because you may never see your order and the customer service you receive will be less than adequate
