NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, YOU AGREE TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT, SO READ THEM CAREFULLY BEFORE ENTERING.

1. SPONSOR

This sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Fashion Nova ("Sponsor"). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. You understand that you are providing your information to Fashion Nova and not to Instagram.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents who are physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, age eighteen (18) or older, at the time of entry (“Entrant”). Residents of Puerto Rico, all U.S. Territories and Possessions and overseas Military Installations are not eligible. Sponsor and its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising agencies, sweepstakes agencies, and any other companies associated with the Sweepstakes (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”), and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, and each of their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and/or people living in the same household are not eligible to participate. All eligibility is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. All entries submitted are the property of the Sponsor. The Sweepstakes shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD

The Sweepstakes begins on Wednesday August 27, 2025, at 11:30 AM Pacific Daylight Time ("PDT") and ends on Monday, September 1, 2025, at 12:00 PM PDT (the "Sweepstakes Period").

4. HOW TO ENTER

There are two ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period:

  • Instagram Entry: Follow @FashionNova on Instagram, and tag one friend in the comments. Bestie Gift Card Rules: If you are selected as the winner, the first person you tagged in your winning comment will also receive a $250 gift card, but only if that person meets all eligibility requirements in Section 2. If your tagged friend does not meet the eligibility requirements, only you will receive a gift card and no substitute will be selected. You are responsible for ensuring your tagged friend is eligible;
  • Alternative Method of Entry: Send an email to legal@fashionnova.com with the subject line "Your Bestie Giftcard" and include your full name, complete mailing address, phone number, and email address in the body of the email. Limit one email entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period. All email entries must be received by Monday, September 1, 2025, at 12:00 PM PDT.

5. PRIZE

One (1) winner will receive one (1) Fashion Nova gift card with a retail value of $250 USD. If the individual tagged in the winner’s comment meets all eligibility requirements, that individual will also receive one (1) Fashion Nova gift card with a retail value of $250 USD. Gift cards have no expiration date. They may not be: redeemed or exchanged for cash (except as required by law), used to purchase other gift cards, or used for unauthorized or illegal transactions. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Prize: up to $500 USD.

ALL PRIZES ARE AWARDED “AS IS” AND WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE). 

The prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.

6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION

Winner Selection and Notification

  • The winner will be selected at random on Tuesday, September 2, 2025.
  • The winner and the tagged person will both be notified by Sponsor via Instagram direct message within seven (7) business days of the draw. The tagged person will receive a message stating: “Congratulations! You were tagged by [winner’s handle] and have also won a $250 gift card.”
  • Both the winner and the tagged person must respond to their respective notifications within 72 hours. Failure to respond will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Claiming the Prize

To claim their respective prizes, both the winner and the tagged person must each complete the following steps:

  • Reply to the Instagram direct message with the email address they will use to contact Sponsor.
  • Send an email to legal@fashionnova.com with the following information:
    • Full legal name
    • Instagram handle
    • A photo of a valid, government-issued ID (driver’s license or equivalent)

Tagged Person Prize Claiming

If the tagged person does not meet all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 2, they will not receive a gift card and no substitute will be selected. Both recipients are responsible for ensuring they meet all eligibility requirements before claiming their prizes.

7. PRIZE DELIVERY

The gift cards will be delivered as digital codes via email to both the winner and the tagged person within 7 days of winner confirmation.

All federal, state, and local taxes, as well as any expenses not specified in these Official Rules as being awarded as part of the prize, are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner will be required to complete and return an IRS W-9 form or equivalent (i.e., request for taxpayer identification number and certification) before prize delivery. Sponsor will issue IRS Form 1099 for prizes valued at $600 or more as required by law.

8. GENERAL CONDITIONS

By participating, entrants agree to:

  • Abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding
  • Release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, invasion of privacy, defamation, slander, and copyright or trademark infringement
  • Allow Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law

Except where prohibited by law, participation constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

9. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

(a) By entering this Sweepstakes, all Entrants release the Sweepstakes Entities, and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities including, all of their respective shareholders, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, attorneys, successors and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from and against all claims and damages arising out of or in connection with each Entrant’s participation and/or entry in the Sweepstakes and/or his/her receipt or use or misuse of the Prize awarded in the Sweepstakes.

(b) Sponsor is not responsible for problems downloading or uploading any Sweepstakes-related information to or from any website or for any other technical malfunctions of electronic equipment, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer hardware or software failures, phone lines, failure of any electronic mail entry to be received by Sponsor on account of technical problems, traffic, congestion on the internet or any website, or any other technical problems related to website entries including telecommunication miscommunication or failure, and failed, lost, delayed, incomplete, garbled or misdirected communications which may limit an Entrant’s ability to participate in the Sweepstakes.

(c) None of the Released Parties shall be held responsible for, and Entrant hereby releases the Released Parties from any claims arising from or in any way relating to: (i) late, lost, delayed, illegible, damaged, corrupted or incomplete entries, incorrect or inaccurate capture of, damage to, or loss of entries or entry information or technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (ii) use of any Prize and (iii) the random drawing selection process including the outcome of the Sweepstakes.

10. DISPUTES

Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any Prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys’ fees; (3) under no circumstances will Entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased; and (4) Entrant waives all right to trial by jury. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

11. PRIVACY

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.fashionnova.com/pages/privacy-policy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to all of the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy.
