I love these shoes they are cute true to size and manageable

The straps on this item are terrible. I wish I had not purchased this. I will take this opportunity to also disclose that this website has NOT replaced an item they completely forgot to put into a previous order of mine. I have emailed several times and called. This company is does not do well at all with customer service.
