Pretty but runs small

Usual Size: L

This set does run small my usual size is L and something runs small I'm a xl. I got a 1xl and the top was tight but pretty. The skin was also tight on the waist. So definitely runs small. My bra size is 38d. Also I would hand wash and air dry the material is delicate. Mine got ruined the skirts pulled.
