I’m 5’8 about 150lbs and I ordered a size 9. My feet are more narrow than wide and the shoes are very tight. It’s a plastic cover that covers the point and heel of the feet and it’s very hard to push through.

I am 138lbs athletic built with thick beautiful thighs and I choose my regular size 10 It fit like a glove. One of my FN best buy. 😍
