This shoe is way too large and yea the return policy is a mess so I’m stuck with these shoes. Even when I wear an extra pair of thick socks its still too big. I wouldn’t be able to tell if you’d need to size down 1 or 2 sizes… they are really bulky as well but it could be cute.

Other than sizing being a mess and the return policy being not-fun, I'd say the size 6.5 shoes I got fit fairly well otherwise. A little squeaky, but I am still breaking them in for the club.
