I ordered this with a deadline for a vacation trip. The order address was correct but on the day it should have arrived to my house, the tracking stated it was sent back to sender. I’ve never had an issue with things arriving to my address. I reached out to customer service who took at least 2/3 days to respond to each email. When she responded it was a pre-generated message that doesn’t apply to my situation. I asked her if the package can be sent using expedited shipping and confirmed the address but the pre-generated message says “ you will get a credit for your purchase but not for shipping” meaning, I am out the money for shipping AND out a bathing suit cover-up for my trip. So lame. Please be more efficient to make the experience more pleasurable for your customers.
