I sent a dress in the mail for return- brand new with tags. After 4 weeks, I still had not received a refund. After reaching out TWELVE times, I finally got a response back saying they had not received my return. I screen shotted my USPS receipt and tracking # that showed it was DELIVERED weeks ago. They respond days later with a GIFT CARD. Why am I not receiving the full amount when my return was sent on time and never worn?? SHADY.
