I purchased this item to lounge around the house. I ordered a 2x. Very generous stretch. I should have sized down. I am 5'5 223 pounds. I normally wear a size XL/16. The pants were too long. I had to get them cut and stitched. Wash this item with cold water do not put in the dryer. Hang dry or dry flat.
