shocked to see a review that says it's poor quality. very nicely made and professional looking. the green color is very pretty and looks as pictured. it's definitely an oversized baggy fit so I would absolutely go down 1 size, maybe even 2 if you want a more fitted look. the arms were plenty loose so I think sizing down wouldn't be an issue there.
