Dress was too small for me it couldn’t go pass my hips

This dress fit me like a glove but it is short especially if you have hips or a big butt. I wore it in a night out in Miami so that’s acceptable. If you have big boobs don’t worry they’ll hold, I didn’t wear a bra with it. I’m a 34DD. It is double layered too so it fits nicer.
