Dress was snagging and there is a little flare at the bottom. Daughter didn't like the mock neck either.

I'm 5' 3", 110 lbs, and a 36B. I have wide shoulders, short waist, and narrow hips. NOTE: This dress is transparent. You’ll need a nude slip if you want to wear it without your undergarments showing through. I bought a nude slip to go under this dress. Try to get a slip that allows the straps to clip in the back and form an X, so the straps do not show. The Quality: Very good. I haven’t found any loose strings. Seams are finished well. This dress is not lined. The Fit: 1) Not tight on my chest. The top clings to my body, but it’s not tight. 2) The dress hugs my waist and then flares at my hips. It’s not tight on my thighs— it’s more like a fit and flare. 3) The dress ends about 4” from my knee. The Color: Cool bright white. This dress is not cream or off-white. Material: Stretchy knit and a bit thin, but that makes it perfect for summer. This material is see through! TLDR; I would buy this again, just know that you’ll need the right undergarments. This would be 5 stars if it was lined.
