Wish I could review these and say they were amazing. However, the sunglasses were not included in my order. When I emailed fashion nova about this, they told me I needed a shipping label and package label/white sticker receipt in order to prove my items were missing. Problem is- whoever shipped this item at Fashion Nova did not include three of my four items or a shipping receipt/white sticker receipt. When I tried their email and phone line was told I would get a gift card to their site. This way I could repurchase my order. A few moments ago, I was given a notice that the order was sent properly, the USPS must have lost the items. In an undamaged bag? Where is MY proof it was sent properly and intact? There was none. They immediately jumped to the conclusion that I was trying to get money our of them and/or a double set of their merchandise. Don't flatter yourself Fashion Nova, not everyone is looking for a hand out. Poor customer service. Poor conflict management. NEVER will order from them again.
